Wildlife Jawai Safari was founded by natives who grew up in the small villages dotting the Jawai hills. Unlike outsiders who came for business, we are the sons of this soil – our families have lived alongside leopards for generations, long before Jawai became a famous safari destination.
We started this venture with a simple mission: to share the magic of Jawai with the world while ensuring its conservation. Our guides are not trained from books – they learned by walking these hills as children, identifying pugmarks, understanding leopard calls, and respecting the fine line between human settlement and wilderness.
