1. Valuables & Personal Belongings
- Please keep your valuables (cash, jewelry, gadgets) in the room safe or deposit them at reception.
- The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items kept in rooms or public areas.
2. Safe Deposit Facility
- Safe deposit is available at reception with a receipt.
- Items not deposited are at guest’s own risk.
3. Lost or Missing Items
- Please report any loss immediately.
- All concerns will be reviewed and resolved based on verification.
4. Room Access & Housekeeping
- Rooms are serviced only with guest request or permission.
- Staff access is monitored for safety.
5. CCTV & Security
- Public areas are under CCTV surveillance.
- Guest rooms remain private.
6. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their belongings and room security.
7. Care of Property
- Guests are requested to take reasonable care of resort property.
- Any significant damage may be charged accordingly.
8. Reporting Time
- Concerns should be reported during the stay or at checkout.
9. Review & Verification
- The resort may review CCTV and internal records if required.
10. Management Decision
- All decisions by management will be final.
